Hi, I am Val, and I am a certified coffee lover. I have spent years on a quest for my perfect cup. My journey has taken me through countless coffee shops, brewing methods, and blends, all in search of that elusive combination of taste, aroma, and texture that would satisfy my cravings.

In this blog, I will share my experiences with coffee, my search for the perfect cup, and the lessons I have learned in pursuit of my passion.

my story

During college, I worked as a part-time service crew in Cafe Delifrance, and Cheesecake, etc.

My assignment was diverse from customer service, cashier, to the bar, to the kitchen. My involvement in the bar exposed me to espresso-based coffee. And I was fascinated by the art of making coffee.

After years in the industry, I decided to take a different career, but my love for coffee never died. Later on, I even started a small business selling specialty coffee blends.

But due to an unfortunate turn of events we have to sell our store. It took me months to recover from the pain of losing my first business venture.

And having this blog is my way to continue sharing my passion.
